Booking Policy

FEES & DEPOSIT

• A 50% deposit along with a signed copy of this agreement is required to reserve all hunts. Dates will not be held until both are received.
• The deposit is non-refundable and subject to the terms contained herein.
• Remaining balance is due ____ days prior to the hunt.
• If the hunt is on a Trophy Fee basis, final payment is due at the end of the hunt. Hunters may not take possession of game or trophy products until all fees are paid.
• Payment may be made via cash, cashier’s check, money order or credit card. There is a small convenience fee for the use of a credit card. Personal checks will be accepted for deposits only. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.

Hunts outside the State of Texas are generally on a flat fee basis. Payment for out of state hunts is due in full 30-60 days prior to the hunt. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit is fully earned. Failure to make the hunt on the specified date(s) will result in forfeiture of all deposits and fees paid. This applies on an individual basis. If a member of a hunting group cancels or otherwise does not hunt, that deposit and fees are forfeited and may not be applied to the fees for others in the group.
• If a hunt is canceled BEFORE 30 days of scheduled hunt date, the deposit may be applied to an alternate date. The new date must be within one year of original hunt date. After _____ days from start of hunt date, all deposits and fees are fully earned.
• Unforeseen circumstances may cause Tafrica Outdoor Adventures, LLC , to cancel or postpone your hunt. In the event of cancellation or postponement by Tafrica Outdoor Adventures, LLC, the hunt will be rescheduled to a date that is within 1 year of the original hunt date (dates to acceptable to all parties).
• Certain hunts have limited seasons. If Tafrica Outdoor Adventures, LLC cancels, or the client needs to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to an alternate hunt.
